Returns & Exchanges Policy

Please note our processing time for returns and exchanges is 5 to 10 business days once we receive the return. Once your return is processed, you will receive an email notification.

• You can return any item within 7 days of receipt for a refund of that item or to exchange it for a different size or color.
• Shipping and handling on returned merchandise is nonrefundable (unless the product is damaged or the wrong item was shipped). They will be deducted from the refund. If you have received a damaged product or the wrong product please call us so we can resolve any issues as soon as possible.
• For free-shipping items, we will charge you 50% of the shipping cost if you return less than 50% of the quantity, and the full cost for returning more than 50%.  e.g. If you bought 6 pieces, and you want to return 3 pieces or less, you will be charged the 50% of the shipping cost. If you want to return 4 or 5 pieces, we will charge you the total shipping cost. Of course, if you return all of them, the full shipping cost will be charged.
• All merchandise must be returned new, unworn, unwashed, and with original tags attached.
• Due to the personal nature of the following garments, bodysuits, swimwear, and intimates are final sale.

The goods are your responsibility until they reach our Warehouse. Please ensure you package your return to prevent any damage to the items or boxes. We are not responsible for any items that are returned to us in error.
