1, Any quality defects (not human factors) occurred within 3 months counting from order date,we are responsible to replace new rim or other parts to you freely.

2, Any quality defects occurred from 3rd months to 12th months ends of warranty period, buyer just pay the postage to get new free replacement (rim or other necessary components) from us.

3, Our warranty service do not in charge of normal wear and tear.

4, If there is any damage or failure caused by improper use,rough handling by cheap carrier you choose,or accident within the warranty time,Our store is pleased to help you upgrade service.For example: help buyer replace necessary components at 20% off price,postage paid by buyers.

Packing & Shipping
