12V motorcycle & car battery charger with desulfate function

Features:
The charger have two output current, 0.8A for motercycle and 3.3A for auto.
Before charging battery, it detects automatically if the battery is sulfated. If yes, it will activate the battery through up to 20V pluse charging untill battery is recovery.
The Low temperature mode might not be chosen when battery is approaching to full. It has to be chosen at the beginning of charge when battery do not approach to full.
The charger may not work for battery below 11V which is generally considered as dead. Normal 12V battery should not be below 11V even deep discharged or sulfated.
