Shipment:

1. We ship the products to you by EMS,UPS,DHL, the shipping cost is free, but the import duties, taxes and charges are customers responsibility, Please kindly check up your countrys customs office and confirm the additional costs before placing the order, the charges are collected by the express company, we wont bear the losses if you refuse to accept the package because of these charges.

7.Purchase Guidelines.                 

 Note:There are No Ready-made Wedding dress! Need Custom-made! If you like our dress, please place the order to us, we will customize it for you as your specific requests, The whole custom made process (from the date we receive your payment and measurements) will take 20-30 days.

1. Since computer screens have chromatic aberration, especially between CRT screen and LCD screen, we can not guarantee that the color of our products will be exactly as the same as the photographs that you saw on the computer. 
2. Due to the nature of the handwork required, 100% same as the pictures can not be garanteed, but we ensure that the dress will be 90%-95% close to the pictures,  and your 100% satisfaction is what we strive for.
3. Dress Can Be Made in Custom Size, Color, Design, if you want to alter something on the dress, please contact us first, we will confirm that whether we could make it as your specific requests. We strongly recommend you give us your own measurements when you place the order to us, we want the dress will be more suitable for you, the measurement method, please kindly refer to our measurement guide.  Of course, we could make the dress as your own pictures that you like.
4. Recommended to use lace up back all dress, because if the size of the dress isnt suit to you well, you could adjust it by yourself. Some dresses need a petticoat in it, as you can see, some dress need a petticoat to hold up it as the pictures.
5. The wedding dress doesnt include any accesories such as headwear, gloves, wedding veil, shawl and petticoat ( show on the pictures ), the price is just for the dress!
