  Good 100mm bowl short tripod. Seems to have a moderately fragile construction overall, specially the floor spreader. But for the price, this is a fair trade off. Will just require to be handled gentlier. I have to put It to more use before drawing a final conclusion. For now, I am happy with my buy.
