Three guarantee policies

Return

If it's passive waste such as sole broken, side broken, upper color
seriously fades within one month after receiving the shoes, you can return it for refund or exchange.
But you are required to pay for the return postage.

Exchange

If you haven't worn the shoes within 7 days after receiving, you can
exchange it for the following reasons:
1. You received two same side shoes, such as two left shoes or two right shoes.
2. You received two different sizes shoes.
3. You received two styles shoes.
4. You received serious defective shoes.
And we will be responsible for the postage if it's our mistakes.

Repair

In normal wearing condition, if the shoes are tackless, split sewing,
sole broken, upper broken, zipper doesn't work, elastic broken within three months or decoration
breaks away within one month after receiving, you can return it and we will help you to repair it.
But you are required to pay for the return postage.

For the following situations are not included in the three guarantee policies:

1. No pictures or proof, no valid receipts, no certification or beyond the guarantee time. The guarantee time is calculated
once you sign for the package.

2. It's damaged because of your carelessness(wearing in the rain, touching acid, alkali, oil
hard material, items for disposal and other outside materials.)

3. Buyers damage it by themselves or mismanagement.

4. Natural existing problems, such as ruga on the instep part of the shoes after wearing,
 heelpiece fraying, stickers slightly fall off.

Refund Policy

Money will be returned in the following cases:

We will check each pair of shoes before shipping out.
