Outline
MPCF series plastic anti-corrosion acid-base centrifugal fan is a circular interface single-inlet centrifugal fan, which is connected directly to the motor by a backward tilting centrifugal wind wheel. Used to transport or discharge corrosive and high humidity flue gases,fog or chemical acid-base odor gas.
The dust and hard particles contained are ≤150mg/m3, and the gas temperature is ≤60°C.
It is not allowed to discharge gases containing the following chemicals: viscous substances, fragrant compounds, ketone,chromic acid, etc.
Suitable for emitting corrosive fumes and gases: sulfuric acid, sulfuric acid, nitricacid, nitrogen acid, hydrofluoric acid, boris acid, hydrocyanic acid, hydrochloric acid, ammonia, soda, ethanol, potassium hydroxide, methanol, propane,Benzene, formaldehyde, etc.
Compared with other corrosion-resistant stainless steel fan, MPCF series plastic anti-corrosion acid-base centrifugal fan has the characteristics of high strength, light weight, long life, good corrosion resistance, low noise, low power consumption and smooth operation.
Application
MPCF series plastic anti-corrosion acid and alkali centrifugal fan is suitable for weak acid, weak alkali environment, have the characteristics of anti-corrosion, acid, alkali resistance and long life.Itis widely used in scientific research, chemical industry,metallurgy, electronics,medicine, electroplating, mold workshop,chemical warehouse,laboratory ect.
Motor
the motor adopts 100% copper wire and double ball bearing.
Wind wheel and volute
The wind wheel is made of glass fiber reinforced polypropylene (PP).
The volute is made of imported new plastic polyethylene (PE).
The default volute position is 0°, and the customer can adjust the angle of the air outlet according to requirement.
The bolts for the fixed volute and the wind wheel are all made of 304 stainless steel.
Stand
The motor stand is made of high-quality thick steel plate, which is after bending and spraying (epoxy resin).
